The Quarrymans Hotel offers 2 levels for your functions and events

The 1st FLOOR RESTAURANT & BAR Standing room for 150 people & seating for 55. It boasts its own fully stocked bar, pool table and plasma screens and is ideal for a low key party or a sit down celebration. The 2nd FLOOR TERRACE Standing room for 80 & seating for 35. With an indoor lounge area with bar and private outdoor rooftop terrace, its perfect for your next event! Typical functions we cater for include Christmas & office parties, 21st & birthday celebrations, product launches, cocktail parties & reunions.  Music options include the use of our stacker CD player and speakers for free, alternatively you are welcome to hire your own DJ or Juke box. We can also provide helium balloons for sale at $2 per balloon. You are also welcome to organise your own decorations.  The Quarrymans Hotel offers free Room Hire if you have a guarantee $1000 minimum spend, a $400 room hire fee applies if this is not the case. A $200 deposit is required to confirm a date for your function. The deposit may be withheld if damage has occurred to Hotel property & will NOT be refunded in the case of cancellation.  A bar attendant fee of $25 p/hour applies and for functions of 60 people or more 2 bar staff are required to ensure prompt service & a successful event.  Estimates of final numbers helps us in making sure your function runs smoothly. Please notify management with an estimation at least 7 days in advance.     If you have any further questions or special requests please do not hesitate to call. A tour of the facilities can also be arranged by request.
